Arvind Vadnerkar

Arvind Vadnerkar has over three decades of extensive experience in human resources and telecommunications. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources Services at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited since September 1998, Arvind Vadnerkar has held various leadership roles, including General Manager of Human Resources and Deputy General Manager, focusing on comprehensive HR development activities and operational planning. Previous experience includes significant positions at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited as Manager in Project Management and at Binatone as Project Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing television picture tube production. Arvind Vadnerkar holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
