Cassidy Stever

Cassidy Stever possesses extensive experience in health services and social work, currently serving as the Contact Center Manager at BHS since January 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and managing performance for Care/Referral Coordinators. Previously, Cassidy held the position of Contact Center Team Lead, monitoring clinical team operations, and served as a Clinical Care Coordinator, conducting clinical assessments and utilizing various therapeutic interventions. Additional experience includes social work internships at Kennedy Krieger Institute, providing psychotherapy and collaborative service planning, as well as roles in financial coordination and crisis counseling. Cassidy holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University.
