Alexander Caicedo Puentes

Alexander Caicedo Puentes has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Alexander started their career as a freelance web developer from July 2015 to June 2018. After that, they worked at Telefónica from December 2007 to June 2018, where they held positions such as Account Executive, Customer Experience Analyst, and Command Center Analyst. In these roles, they focused on optimizing customer experience, improving technical processes, and managing critical network processes.

In 2018, Alexander joined NTT DATA as a Senior Frontend Developer.
