Alvian Restu Naspati's work experience begins in 2015 with AIESEC, where they held multiple roles such as Vice President of Outgoing Global Volunteer and Exchange Marketing Manager. In these positions, they managed and sent over 70 volunteers abroad for social projects focused on education, culture, health, and justice. Alvian Restu also had bilateral communication between AIESEC in Indonesia and AIESEC in Thailand and organized promotional events for the global volunteer program.

In 2017, Alvian interned at PT.Pertamina (Persero) as a Risk Management Intern, where they created risk registers and analyzed the risk management process for sub-departments in integrated supply chain management.

The following year, in 2018, they interned at GO-JEK as a UX Researcher Intern. Alvian Restu contributed to various research projects, conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods, including focus group discussions, interviews, field research, usability tests, desk research, and competitor analysis. Alvian Restu also assisted in survey creation, data analysis, and data visualization using Excel.

From 2019 to 2021, Alvian worked as a Research Associate Quantitative at Kantar Millward Brown, specializing in quantitative research.

In 2021, they joined Kantar as a Research Executive | Brand Communication Expert and later advanced to the role of Senior Research Executive | Brand Communication Expert in 2022.

Most recently, in 2022, they became a Consumer Insights Specialist at Bibit.id.

Alvian Restu Naspati completed their Bachelor's degree in Information System at the University of Brawijaya from 2014 to 2018.
