Tracy Roman

Tracy Roman is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Bible Fellowship Church Homes Inc. Tracy has been in this role for 11 months. Prior to this, they were with Phoebe Ministries for 21 years and 3 months, where they served as Executive Director, Regional Operations and then Executive Director, Regional Operations. Tracy was responsible for the overall operations of a 134-bed skilled nursing facility which included long term care, short term rehab and secure memory support. Tracy was also responsible for overall operations of an 80-bed personal care facility which included an 18 bed secure memory support neighborhood. In their role as Assistant Administrator, they assisted the Administrator in managing and directing the day-to-day functions of the campus in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Tracy also developed and managed department budgets and implemented strategies to achieve campus goals.

Tracy Roman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from DeSales University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
