Santosh Sinha

Santosh Sinha has over 15 years of work experience in engineering and data-related roles. Santosh is currently working as the Director of Engineering at Bidgely since July 2022. Prior to this, Santosh worked as the Head of Data Engineering at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from December 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Santosh held various positions at Expedia Group. Santosh started as a Software Engineer in June 2014 and steadily progressed to become a Senior Engineering Manager. In their roles, they focused on maintaining system reliability, improving monitoring and incident response, and implementing BI projects. Santosh also worked closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provided production support.

Prior to Expedia Group, Santosh worked as a Lead Designer at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where they collaborated with internal customers to design and implement business intelligence products and solutions. Santosh gathered requirements, optimized BI deliverables, and ensured client satisfaction.

Santosh's earlier experience includes being a Tech Lead at Accenture, where they transformed business requirements into technical documents, and a Team Lead at Mahindra Satyam, where they led a team in developing and deploying solutions.

Santosh began their career as a Software Developer at Team Computers, where they contributed to the web presentation layer of Data Analytics and provided start-up services for new customers.

Santosh Sinha completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from R P S I T, Patna, between the years 2000 and 2006. Santosh then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2012 to 2014.
