Bierschbach Equipment & Supply has an immediate opening for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in our Sioux Falls, SD location.  This is an excellent full-time opportunity to join an employee-owned company!  We are a dependable, well-established regional provider of construction equipment & supplies and have been in business for over 40 years. Experience in the construction industry is helpful but not required.

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator works with our Warehouse team and is responsible for various warehouse tasks.  These tasks include:

• Inspect and properly document shipments for damage and shortages
• Safely and securely store all inventory in its proper storage location(s)
• Validate inbound shipments and process receipt transactions in ERP system
• Pick, pack, and ship orders to customers or other branch locations
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse and outside storage area
• Assist customers with loading and unloading of materials and equipment when needed
• Work with local freight carriers to get best in-class pricing and terms

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in any Warehousing role is preferred.

• Experience with operating warehousing equipment, such as forklifts and scissor lifts is a plus.

• Familiarity with warehousing best practices.
