Jasmine Hughes has a background in organizational development, program management, and crisis intervention. With experience at various agencies, Jasmine has facilitated the creation of high-performance teams, developed standard operating procedures, and provided counseling to individuals and families. Jasmine currently holds the position of Program Impact and Resource Partner at Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence. Jasmine holds a B.A in Psychology & Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
