Alina Haitz

Alina R. Haitz is the Founder and CEO of Mind Your Biz, Inc. since January 2023, and currently works as the Recruitment Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island (BBBSLI) since September 2023. With a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Penn State University, Alina has held various positions at Molloy University from November 2007 to August 2023, including Director of the Center of Professional Studies, Associate Director of the Center for Professional Studies, Assistant Director of Human Resources for Talent and Communication, and Assistant Director of Admissions/Recruiter. Prior to Molloy University, Alina was the Assistant Director of Admissions at Adelphi University from May 2006 to November 2007.
