Carmen Bleything has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Carmen started their professional career in 2004 as a Research Assistant at the University of Washington, where they worked in the Department of Psychology. In 2004, they also started working at Beecher's Handmade Cheese as an Assistant Manager and Buyer. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Accounting & Office Assistant at Sugar Mountain. In 2008, they joined RYS Architects, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant.

Since 2008, Carmen has been primarily involved in the gaming industry. Carmen joined Big Fish Games in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative and steadily progressed to roles of increasing responsibility. This includes positions such as Product Marketing Manager for Mobile Games and Product Manager. At Triton Studios, they served as Manager of Marketing and later as Senior Manager of Product Marketing. Carmen also worked as a Product Manager at Epic Venture Studios and Manager of Product Management & Marketing at Mosaic Games.

Currently, Carmen is employed at Big Fish Games as the Director of Product Marketing, a position they assumed in May 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Manager of Product & Lifecycle Marketing from October 2021 to May 2022.
