Devon Hedge

Devon Hedge has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. They started their career in 2003 as a Professional Development Program participant at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, where they gained experience in engineering and project management. They later worked as an Operations Program Manager, driving consistency and communication in bio-hazard detection programs.

In 2004, Devon joined Target Distribution as a Warehousing Operations Group Leader, focusing on continuous improvement projects and developing staffing plans.

From 2006 to 2010, Devon worked at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, holding roles such as Sr. Analyst Volume Forecasting, Manager of Demand Planning and Volume Forecasting, Manager of Portfolio Management, and Director of Strategy. They led cross-functional initiatives, implemented forecasting processes, and oversaw product launches.

Devon then joined SVP Worldwide in 2015 as Director of Strategic Initiatives, where they improved processes to enhance order delivery times. In 2016, they joined Mars Petcare US as a Project Portfolio Manager, managing new launches for the wet technology platform.

After that, Devon worked at TEMPOE as Director of IT Business Integration, driving cross-functional initiatives and implementing new project management practices.

Their most recent position is at Candid™, where they served as the Director of Process Improvement/Operations. They played a key role in redefining oral health through modern technology and led initiatives in diagnosing, treating, and monitoring cases remotely.

Currently, Devon is working at Big Lots Stores as the Principal Corporate Strategy. They are responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives in merchandising, real estate, and store operations to deliver growth and enable capabilities.

Overall, Devon Hedge has extensive experience in project management, process improvement, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration across various industries.

Devon Hedge's education history includes three distinct periods. From 1998 to 2003, Devon attended The Ohio State University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Following this, Devon pursued further education in 2010 and 2011 at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where a certificate in Project Leadership was obtained. Lastly, in 2022 and 2023, Devon attended Villanova University and earned a certificate in Business Process Management.
