A.j. Kasen

A.J. Kasen has extensive experience in the music industry, holding various A&R roles at different companies. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an A&R at LAVA Records. In 2015, they joined Better Noise Music as SVP of A&R, where they worked until 2021. Currently, A.J. Kasen holds the position of Senior Vice President / Head of A&R for Big Loud Rock, starting in August 2021.

A.J. Kasen completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Philosophy, and English from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
