Kiley Kmiec

Kiley Kmiec is an experienced business development and marketing professional with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as Biz Dev at Big Outdoor since March 2020 and Chief Marketing Officer at Base4 Ventures LLC since September 2019, Kiley has a proven track record in product market strategies and supply chain management. Previously, Kiley held significant roles including Chief Marketing Officer at BrandStack and VP positions at The Marketing Arm, focusing on growth, innovation, and influencer marketing. Kiley co-founded Next Impulse Media and was instrumental in its success before its sale in 2017. With a foundation in music marketing from Electronic Arts, Kiley combines creative and strategic expertise with a commitment to empowering disadvantaged communities through involvement with Give Surf as a board member. Kiley holds a degree in Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
