Andy Davenport has a background in electrical and electronic engineering with experience in technical support and management roles. Currently, Andy serves as the Lead SRE, Technical Support Manager, and Technical Support Development Liasion at BigChange. Prior to this, Andy worked at Clocking Systems as the Technical Support Manager, overseeing installation and support teams for employee management solutions. Andy also has experience as a Technician at Sound Leisure and as a Graduate Engineer at Jarvis Rail. Andy obtained a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds.
