Truman Chan

Vice President, Product Operations: Financial Productivity at BigHand

Truman Chan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Truman began their career at Bank of the West as a Teller, where they handled customer inquiries and performed office duties. Following that, they worked as an Intern at the Washoe County District Attorney's Office, assisting with database management and computer hardware configuration. Truman then joined Iridium Technology as an Associate BI Consultant, before transitioning to NASA Glenn Research Center as an Intern, where they collaborated on building capacity modeling tools for space communication networks. Truman rejoined Iridium Technology after their internship and progressed to roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior BI Consultant/Developer and ultimately Principal BI Consultant/Developer. Currently, Truman is working at BigHand as the Director of Implementations for North America and as a Vice President in various departments such as Knowledge Growth & Transfer and Product Operations: Financial Productivity.

Truman Chan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, completing their education from 2012 to 2016.
