Nazia Karim, PMP, CSM

Nazia Karim has a diverse work experience in project management and information technology spanning over 16 years. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Director of Program Management at Bigleaf Networks since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at Bigleaf Networks from March 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Bigleaf Networks, Nazia served as a Project Manager for Information Technology at Borrego Solar Systems from March 2019 to March 2022.

In 2017, they worked as a Process Improvement Manager/PMO at High Touch Technologies from July 2017 to October 2018.

From 2011 to 2017, Nazia held two roles at Koch Industries, serving as a Project Manager/Process Improvement/Business Systems Analyst from March 2013 to June 2017 and as an IT Support Analyst/SD Specialist from May 2011 to March 2013.

At the start of their career, they worked at Wolters Kluwer as an Information Technology Quality Assurance Analyst from March 2008 to May 2011 and as a Software Release and IT Support Analyst at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US from December 2006 to March 2008. Overall, Nazia has demonstrated their expertise in project management, process improvement, and information technology throughout their career.

Nazia Karim, PMP, CSM has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) from Wichita State University. Nazia also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Plymouth State University. Additionally, they obtained another MBA degree from Plymouth State University, specializing in Strategic Marketing Management. Nazia Karim has pursued various certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Data Science on Google Cloud Platform: Designing Data Warehouses from LinkedIn, Agile Foundations from LinkedIn, Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies, Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management) from Procore Technologies, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Nazia'slatest certification was attained in December 2020.
