Rohit Daga currently serves as the Head of Customer Success - Global at Bik since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rohit worked at Productiv as the Head of Customer Operations from September 2020 to June 2025, and held various positions at Cisco from August 2018 to September 2020, culminating in the roles of Operations Manager and Operations Lead. Rohit began a career in customer success and operations at AB InBev India from June 2016 to August 2018 as a Team Lead, and has previous experience as an Analyst at Time Inc. India and Amazon between 2012 and 2016. Rohit's early career includes a Sales and Marketing Head position at INSPIRATION UNLIMITED, where motivational talks and educational seminars were organized in India and Nepal, as well as an Analyst role at Ocwen Financials. Rohit obtained a B.Com degree from Bangalore University in 2009 and completed Pre-University Education with distinction at Krupanidhi Pre-University College from 2004 to 2006.
