Clemens Schweizer

Clemens Schweizer has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Clemens is currently serving as the Director, Reward & People Operations Lead at BIL Suisse, where they are responsible for steering the people & culture agenda and strategic people planning. In this role, they also serve as the product owner for HR reporting, performance management, talent & succession, learning, payroll, and social security.

Prior to this, Clemens worked at Swiss Re from 2017 to 2022 as the VP, Global HR Coordinator. There, they oversaw global HR activities and the strategic people agenda, managed global HR processes for over 4,500 employees, and collaborated with various HR departments to drive client satisfaction for top management.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG as the HR Manager, focusing on people analytics, HR controlling, and compensation. Before that, they were an Analyst in compensation and performance management at klingler consultants ag from 2011 to 2015.

Clemens also has experience in the technology industry, having worked as a Creative at Apple from 2009 to 2011. Clemens'scareer began in 2002 at Sobaco Informatik AG, where they served as an Oracle Database Engineer and PL/SQL Developer from 2006 to 2009, and prior to that, they completed an apprenticeship as a Systems Engineer from 2002 to 2006.

Clemens Schweizer has a diverse education history. In 2002, they started their vocational education and training in IT System Engineering at TBZ Technische Berufsschule Zürich and completed it in 2006, earning a Federal Diploma. Clemens further pursued their education at ipso Bildung from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Information Technology Services. In 2011, Clemens attended Apple Inc. in London for a course called Creative Strategies. Apart from their formal education, they also hold additional certifications, including Apple Certified Logic Pro from Apple and ISTQB®/SAQ Certified Tester Foundation Level from SAQ Swiss Association for Quality.
