Damon Merten

Damon Merten has over 25 years of work experience. Damon started their career in 1994 as Creative Director and Project Manager at Merten Sign and Graphics Company, where they were responsible for project management, client relations, and increasing business revenue by 50%. In 2004, they founded and directed DM Designwerks, LLC, where they conceptualized, researched, and produced company design and all branding materials. From 2007 to 2009, they were Director of Graphics Department/Lead Designer at Vengra Design Group, Inc, where they acquired expert level production experience with wide format digital printing. From 2009 to 2011, they were Multimedia Designer | Art Director at Daedalus Creative Design + Marketing, providing consulting for new product design and consumer packaging, branding, and marketing strategies. From 2011 to 2014, they were Production Manager/ Art Director at Wellington Graphic and Sign Company, directing all Graphic, Dimensional, Illuminated Sign and Trade Show projects. Since 2014, they have been Vice President Operations and Program Manager at Bill Moore & Associates.

Damon Merten has a Graduate of Fine Arts from Atelier Le Sueur School of Fine Art, where they studied Illustration, Perspective, Design, Anatomy, Oil, Acrylics, and Drawing. Damon also received a Graduate of Fine Arts from Atelier Le Sueur School of Fine Art in Illustration. Additionally, they have experience from Merten Sign and Graphics Company.
