Simon Haak

Simon Haak has a diverse work experience. Simon is currently working as a Technical Lead at Billhop since July 2022. Prior to this, Simon worked at BuddyCompany.com starting from May 2016. Simon held various roles including Lead Software Engineer from April 2020 to July 2022, Software Engineer from January 2019 to April 2020, Regional operational manager from October 2017 to January 2019, and Support Technician from May 2016 to October 2017. In their roles at BuddyCompany.com, Simon focused on converting monolithic systems into horizontally scalable components and worked with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Golang, PHP, NodeJS, and MongoDB. Simon also managed quality and version control processes.

From 2017 to 2020, Simon Haak attended Linnaeus University and completed a Kandidatexamen degree in Datavetenskap (Computer Science).
