Meredith Bonisteel

Meredith Bonisteel's work experience includes various roles in the field of HR and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Meredith worked as the Director of People at Billie, Inc., a company focused on championing women, from December 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Manager, People at Billie, Inc. from March 2020 to December 2021. Meredith also served as a Board Member at the DEI Board, representing their company in discussions with senior leaders at major organizations since February 2022. Previously, they had experience in talent acquisition and HR policy management as a Talent Lead at Warby Parker from April 2017 to October 2019. Meredith also held various roles at Warby Parker, including Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator, Warby Parker Class Trip member, and Retail Associate. Before Warby Parker, Meredith had internships at Alexander McQueen and Oscar de la Renta in the wholesale and accessories departments respectively. Meredith also briefly worked in travel at Asia in 2019.

Meredith Bonisteel completed their Bachelor's degree in Fabric Styling from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2013. Meredith also participated in a study abroad program at FIT, focusing on Fabric Styling in Italy.
