Alejandro Baltra has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software development. Alejandro started their career as a Part-Time Developer at Intellicore in 2009, where they developed web interfaces for various services and created a back-end service and front-end interface for a conference application. Alejandro then worked as a Lead Designer at Quantum Artifacts, designing small flash games with unique gaming mechanics from 2009 to 2011.

From 2011 to 2012, Alejandro worked as a Software Developer at Atakama Labs, focusing on front-end engineering for mobile client games using Mobage's proprietary Javascript API. Alejandro also worked as a Lead Developer at AssertID during this time, where they were responsible for architecting and developing the AssertID application, incorporating game mechanics and creating an engaging user experience.

In 2012, Alejandro joined Fantáxico as a Software Engineer, contributing to both the back-end and front-end development of a web app that allowed users to request cabs from different fleets. Alejandro then joined Inzpiral in 2013 as a Developer, and later moved on to CleverTech in 2014 as a Senior Developer, specializing in the development of minimum viable products using NodeJS and MongoDB.

In 2015, Alejandro joined Solomid Corporation as both a Backend Developer and a Project Manager, utilizing their skills in project management and backend development until 2017. Alejandro then joined Billtrust in 2018 as a Senior Software Developer, where they played a key role in various projects, including designing and implementing an Identity and Access solution, orchestrating authentication and authorization processes, and working closely with various teams to ensure adherence to standards and deployment processes. Alejandro was later promoted to Lead Developer and eventually became a Software Architect.

Throughout their career, Alejandro Baltra has demonstrated expertise in software development, project management, and creating innovative and engaging user experiences.

Alejandro Baltra attended the Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. During their time at the university, they studied various subjects including User Experience, Alternate Reality Games, Programming, Physics, and Math. In addition to their degree in Computer Science, Alejandro also obtained an Engineer's degree from the same institution.

After completing their formal education, Alejandro furthered their professional development by obtaining additional certifications. In October 2018, they became a MongoDB Certified Developer at the Associate Level through MongoDB. Later, in October 2020, they obtained the AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
