Jim Delaney

Jim Delaney's work experience includes positions at three different companies. Jim started their career at Bloomberg LP in 2009 as a Financial Analyst, where they analyzed financial information, prepared operating plans and forecasts, and participated in strategic models for company growth. In 2012, they moved to Crystal & Company as a Sales Analyst, where they calculated risk for potential insurance clients, conducted market research, and served as a SalesForce admin. Jim then joined Billtrust in 2015, starting as a Sales Operations Analyst and later becoming a Senior Sales Operations Analyst. At Billtrust, they integrated invoice-to-cash processes, reduced costs, and improved customer satisfaction. Jim'smost recent role at Billtrust started in February 2022.

Jim Delaney completed their high school education at Wall Township High School from 2001 to 2005 without obtaining any specific degree or field of study. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2009, they attended Seton Hall University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Economics. Additionally, in December 2019, Jim earned a certificate as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce.
