Kim Kerry-Tyerman has extensive experience in corporate social responsibility and community engagement. Kim currently holds the position of VP, ESG Strategy & Engagement at Billtrust. Prior to this, Kim worked at Adobe for eight years, where they held various roles including Senior Manager, Brand Purpose (CSR), Corporate Responsibility Lead for EMEA, and Lead for Global Employee Programs. In these positions, they oversaw and managed Adobe's global employee programs, including volunteer grants, sustainability initiatives, employee-driven grantmaking, and youth mentoring. Before joining Adobe, Kim worked at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP as a Business Development Clerk, where they managed logistics and communications for firm events and created department materials. Additionally, they have worked at salesforce.com as a Contractor for Community and Employee Engagement, at Grameen Foundation as a Volunteer Consultant conducting market research, at Mills College as a Research Assistant in the Public Policy Department, at Taproot Foundation as a Fellow in the Pro Bono Action Tank, at Cross-Cultural Solutions as an International Volunteer, at Barbary Coast Consulting as a Projects Intern, and at Center Theatre Group as a Donor Relations Associate.

Kim Kerry-Tyerman (she/her) completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Arts from Occidental College from the years 2000 to 2004. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained a Masters degree in Public Policy from Mills College, which they completed during the period of 2010 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, they have also earned a certification called "From Ideas to Action" from IDEO U in April 2021.
