Sharon Warrington, MBA, has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer advocacy and experience. Sharon is currently employed as a Senior Customer Advocacy Manager at Billtrust since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Ricoh USA, Inc. from December 2011 to November 2022, where they held the positions of Customer Content, Advocacy and Experience Manager and Customer Intelligence Manager. From June 2004 to December 2011, they served as the Manager of Global Account Operations at IKON Office Solutions. Sharon also gained experience as a Client Services Manager at ImageNet from May 2003 to June 2004.

Sharon Warrington has a diverse education history, beginning with their studies in Letters, Arts, and Sciences at Penn State University. Sharon then pursued Human Resources Administration at Temple University and later enrolled at the University of Phoenix to study Business Management. Sharon further enhanced their education by obtaining an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
