Didier Moleres

Didier Moleres has extensive work experience in the operations and manufacturing field. Didier started their career at HEB, where they served as the General Manager from 2005 to 2011. Didier then joined Bimbo Bakeries USA, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Operations, Sr Director of Operations, and Regional Vice President of Operations. Moleres also worked at Grupo Bimbo as the VP of Operations from 2016 to 2017 and as the VP of Global Manufacturing from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Moleres holds the position of VP of Global Operations at Bimbo QSR since 2020.

Didier Moleres obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology & Chemistry from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, where they attended from 1981 to 1986. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2005.
