Nikki White

Nikki White is currently the Human Resources Operations Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Bimeda. Prior to that, Nikki founded BetterWay Consulting where Nikki serves as the Business Owner. Nikki specializes in creating customized trainings for businesses, providing HR support, assisting with goal setting and performance appraisals, talent acquisition, and educating managers in performance management and interpreting company policies. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix and is pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
