VP Global Sales

Location: East /Central US (Remote)

Your Key Contributions:  You will develop and drive our global sales strategy, with a heavy emphasis on the US market. You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across all revenue teams, executing the MEDDPIC sales methodology, leading, motivating and expanding our sales and pre-sales teams, and directly contributing to our exponential revenue growth.  

What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership: Formulate and drive a transformative global sales strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth objectives and positions the company as a leader in the industry. Set the long-term vision for sales, guiding the development of innovative approaches to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Organizational Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing global sales organization, including recruiting top talent, nurturing a culture of excellence, and developing future leaders. Foster an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all sales and pre-sales teams.

Sales Excellence and Innovation: Champion the adoption and evolution of advanced sales methodologies, including MEDDPIC, to ensure scalable, efficient, and effective sales processes. Drive the development and implementation of best practices that enhance sales effectiveness and organizational agility.

Strategic Revenue Growth: Architect and execute strategies to drive substantial revenue growth through the identification of high-value business opportunities, expansion into new markets, and deepening existing customer relationships. Ensure alignment of revenue goals with the broader corporate strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and customer success—to integrate sales strategies with business objectives. Drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring a cohesive approach to market challenges and opportunities.

Data-Driven Performance Optimization: Oversee the development and utilization of advanced performance metrics and analytics to monitor sales effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decision-making. Implement strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets while ensuring operational excellence.

Brand and Market Representation: Act as a key ambassador for Binalyze, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and critical customer engagements. Promote the company's brand, solutions, and strategic vision, establishing Binalyze as a prominent and respected player in the global market.

  • Experience and Expertise:
    • Proven Global Sales Leadership: Extensive experience in a senior global sales leadership role within high-growth technology companies, demonstrating a consistent track record of scaling sales operations and driving substantial revenue growth.

    • Revenue Growth and Profitability: A robust history of successfully leading revenue initiatives, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and achieve ambitious financial targets.

    • Complex Enterprise Solutions: Significant experience in selling complex enterprise technology solutions, with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in large-scale sales cycles and enterprise-level negotiations.

    • Cybersecurity Acumen: Previous experience in the cybersecurity domain, showcasing your ability to navigate and leverage industry-specific trends and challenges.Builder Mindset:

    • Dynamic and Adaptive: Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You are a strategic visionary who is also adept at diving into the operational details when necessary.     • Expert in Sales Methodologies: Deep knowledge of sales best practices, including experience with Command of the Message, Value-Based Selling, and MEDDPICC methodologies. Proven success in implementing these practices in enterprise software startups.

    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with sales and marketing technologies, CRM systems, and analytics tools, with a track record of leveraging these tools to optimize sales performance and drive strategic insights.Leadership and Communication:

    • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A passion for mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams, with a proven ability to inspire, engage, and lead diverse global teams.
