Fulya Ataman

Fulya Ataman has been working in the human resources field since 2008. Fulya began their career as an HR trainee at AYESAS and TAI. In 2009, they worked as an Office Manager at Revizyon Grup Ltd. Şti. and then moved to Locksmith Software Technologies where they worked as an HR Manager and Human Resources Specialist. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Nurd Innovation Center Turkey as the Human Resources Director and HR Manager, where they managed the selection and recruitment process, orientation process, career planning process, performance management process, termination process, payroll and legal declarations, leave permissions, training process, and followed new employees' trial and assessment periods. Fulya is currently the Human Resources Director at Binalyze, a world-renowned enterprise forensics solution.

Fulya Ataman obtained a B.Sc. in Management Information Systems from Baskent University in 2009. Fulya then went on to earn an M.Sc. in Human Resources Management from Ufuk Üniversitesi in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: İkna Teknikleri Eğitimi from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü in June 2020, and Eğiticinin Eğitimi from İnsan Kaynakları Dünyası Yönetim ve Danışmanlık in November 2016.
