Amina M. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amina started their career as a Lead Dotnet Developer at Tech Mahindra in 2006. Over the years, they have held several software engineering and managerial positions in companies like Wells Fargo, Data Recognition Corporation, Optum, and Mayo Clinic. In 2016, Amina served as the Vice President of Public Relations at Speakers After Hours Toastmasters Club. Amina also worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Cybertekton Solutions from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Amina holds the position of Director of Data & Performance Analytics at Surest and is also the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Co-Chair at UnitedHealth Group. Throughout their career, Amina has demonstrated strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive better decisions and improve client experiences. Amina is skilled in data visualization tools like PowerPoint, Tableau, DOMO, and Power BI.

Amina M. completed their education at various institutions. Amina obtained a high school degree in MPC from Geetanjali College for Women in 2002. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Adams Engineering College from 2002 to 2006. In 2023, they attended Harvard Business School to study Business Analytics. Amina also has additional certifications, including being recognized as one of the Top 50 Influential Muslims in the Americas by EqualityX in 2023 and obtaining certifications in Scrum, Microsoft technologies, and SQL Server.
