Ciro Baeza

Ciro Baeza currently serves as the Vice President of Construction Engineering & Inspection and Regional Vice President for the West Region at Binkley & Barfield | DCCM since December 2020, having previously held the role of Senior Project Manager and CEI Leader. Prior to this position, Ciro Baeza was a Senior Project Manager at Raba Kistner, Inc. from March 2019 to December 2020. Ciro Baeza's extensive experience also includes over two decades with the Texas Department of Transportation, culminating in the role of Director of Construction, along with positions as Area Engineer, Pavement Design Engineer, and Interim Design Engineer. Ciro Baeza earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.
