Alison Willett has over 25 years of diverse work experience. Alison currently holds the role of Global Demand Generation and Digital Experience Director at Bio-Rad Laboratories, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Market Engagement Associate Director and Global CRM & Marketing Operations Associate Director at the same company. Before joining Bio-Rad Laboratories, Alison worked at Epsilon as a Senior Account Director/Relationship Manager and Account Director/Relationship Manager. Alison also served as a Management Supervisor at MRM Worldwide and Grey Group. Their earlier experience includes roles such as Account Supervisor at Grey Group, Web Communications Specialist at Robert Mondavi, and Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Anuvio Technologies/i-drive. Alison began their career as an Assistant Account Executive at Initiative (formerly Western International Media) and Advertising Coordinator at San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyles and Collegiate Innovations.
Alison Willett obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from UC San Diego, which they completed from 1990 to 1994. Alison then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, which they completed from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, in April 2013, they obtained the MECLABS Lead Management Certified certification from MECLABS.
