Karlien Hermans

Karlien Hermans has a diverse work experience in the field of quality management and life sciences. Karlien is currently the Head of Quality at Biocartis, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, Karlien worked as a Quality Lead and Senior QA manager at Biocartis. Karlien also has experience as a QA Manager and QA Engineer in the R&D department at the same company. Before joining Biocartis, Karlien worked as a Quality Manager at reMYND NV and as a Life Sciences Consultant at De Valck Consultants. Karlien holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from K.U.Leuven, which they completed from 2005 to 2010.

Karlien Hermans obtained their Master's degree in Bioengineering in Biotechnology from KU Leuven, studying from 2000 to 2005.
