Iris Shichor

Iris Shichor is an accomplished executive and researcher with extensive experience in the biomedical field. Currently serving as CEO and Co-CEO at BioChange Ltd. since October 2023, Iris leads a tissue regeneration company known for its innovative CellFoam technology, which promotes the regeneration of damaged tissues. Prior to this role, Iris was CEO of SipNose LTD, a startup focused on nasal delivery systems, from October 2011 to October 2023. Additionally, Iris held the position of VP of R&D at Clearfarma LTD, overseeing research and development in medical devices for pulmonary and nasal delivery from May 2010 to 2011. Research experience includes work in the Langer Lab at the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, exploring local anesthetic formulations, and serving as a Senior Research Scientist and Project Leader at NanoCyte (Israel) Ltd from 2001 to 2005. Iris Shichor earned a Ph.D. in Biology and Molecular Biology from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
