Shradha Khater

Shradha Khater is a Principal Bioinformatician at BIOHM Health, specializing in the analysis of microbiome data to identify key biomarkers for new product development and client-specific solutions. Prior to this role, Shradha held positions such as Head of the Science Team at Microbiome Research Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included bioinformatics analysis, technical support, and driving product enhancements. Experience also includes serving as a DST WOSA Scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, focused on human metagenomes, and a Research Scientist at Reliance Industries Limited, where genome sequence assembly and multi-omics data analysis were key areas of work. A Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Institute of Immunology, Shradha developed a web portal for natural product analysis, and previously completed a PhD in Bioinformatics. Educational background includes an MS in Biotechnology and a BS in Chemistry.
