Albert Cai has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Research Assistant at Oklahoma State University in 2017. Albert then moved to the University of Michigan College of Engineering in 2016, where they served as a Research Assistant. In 2017, they became the Observations Coordinator for Health Sciences Scholars Program at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. In 2018, they took on the role of Summer Associate at Close Concerns and in 2019, they were promoted to Head, Diabetes Technology and Associate at the same company. In 2021, they joined Biolinq as an Associate Product Manager and Clinical and Regulatory Affairs Specialist.
Albert Cai attended the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics from 2014 to 2016, where they earned their high school diploma. Albert then went on to the University of Michigan, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering in 2019.
