Andy Pietanza, MBA, SSBB, P.E.

Andy Pietanza, MBA, SSBB, P.E. has extensive experience in the Supply Chain and Operations field. Andy began their career in 1997 as an Equipment Engineering Manager at Sony, where they deployed Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma to become the most profitable CRT line for Sony out of 35 in the world. In 2000, they moved to Palomar Technologies as the Director of Operations / Engineering Services Manager and was an executive staff member accountable for order to cash cycle. In 2005, they joined Nordson Corporation as Supply Chain - Advanced Technology Division and was responsible for new product supply chain, international strategic sourcing, supplier quality, master scheduling, purchasing, trade compliance, and receiving inspection. In 2018, they moved to IRRAS AB as the Director Of Operations, leading and developing the organization for Contract & In-house Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Global Customer Service and Logistics. In 2020, they joined INOVIO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Senior Director Supply Chain and led device supply chain to ramp up from pre-commercial to 100M+ annual volume for device and sterile consumables. Currently, they are the Senior Director Supply Chain at Biolinq since 2023 and provides technical, operational, quality, and supply chain innovations to small to mid-size companies as a Sole Proprietor since 2017.

Andy Pietanza holds an Executive MBA from San Diego State University, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of the Pacific, and a Certificate from Air Academy in Six Sigma Blackbelt. Andy also holds certifications in Agile Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn (obtained in August 2017) and Professional Engineer from the California Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
