Kimberly Mepham

Kimberly Mepham's work experience includes senior leadership roles in human resources and talent acquisition. Kimberly is currently working at bioMérieux as a Senior Director of Human Resources. In this role, they have been responsible for overseeing the HR function. Prior to bioMérieux, they worked at BioFire Diagnostics, LLC, where they also held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas region. In this role, they led the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise for the company and its subsidiary, BioFire Diagnostics. Before that, they held various roles at BioFire Diagnostics, LLC, including Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition. Kimberly started their career at ARUP Laboratories as a Recruiter and later worked at the University of Utah as a Human Resources Representative.

Kimberly Mepham attended the University of Utah from 2003 to 2007 and earned two Bachelor's of Science degrees. Kimberly studied Psychology and Political Science during their time at the university.
