Kartik Dharmadhikari

Kartik Dharmadhikari is a seasoned professional in growth equity and venture capital with a focus on industrial biotechnology, currently serving as Partner at Novo Holdings since February 2020. In addition to this role, Kartik has held various board member positions at multiple organizations, including Kate Farms, BIOMILQ, Vestaron Corporation, Elo Life Systems, Invetx, Kebotix, and ZELP ltd. Previously, Kartik was a Senior Solution Leader and Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where work concentrated on biotechnology across industries such as agriculture, biopharma, and food. Kartik holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Religion from Northwestern University.
