Evgenia (Jenia) Gold

Evgenia (Jenia) Gold has extensive work experience in the field of molecular biology and microbiology. Evgenia (Jenia) worked at BiomX Inc as the Microbiology Team Leader at Assay Development starting in February 2022, and prior to that, they served as the Molecular Biology Team Leader at Assay Development starting in November 2019. Before joining BiomX Inc, they worked at Evogene for a significant period, starting in November 2003. During their time at Evogene, they held the position of Senior molecular biologist & Team Leader until November 2019. Evgenia (Jenia) also served as the Microbiology Lab Manager from February 2017 to October 2019.

Evgenia (Jenia) Gold pursued their education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. From 1998 to 2001, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science. Continuing their academic journey, they then obtained a Master of Medical Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the same university between 2001 and 2003.
