Fabrice Odefrey

Fabrice Odefrey currently serves as the Director of Sales and Support for APAC at Bionano, overseeing all commercial aspects and implementing strategic growth plans. Prior to this role, Fabrice was the Associate Director of Customer Solutions at Bionano and held various positions at Agena Bioscience, including Senior Business Manager for ANZ and Customer Support Leader for APAC, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies and leading customer support initiatives. Fabrice also worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as Support Lead and team leader, driving team performance and customer success in Australia and New Zealand. Early career experience includes roles at the University of Melbourne as a Research Scientist and International Agency for Research on Cancer as a research assistant. Fabrice holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Master's in Genetics from the University of Melbourne.
