Adele Holland

Adele Holland has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of talent acquisition. Adele is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Bionical Solutions, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cytiva as a Talent Acquisition Manager for the UK & Ireland, and also as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Adele's longest tenure was at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they held various roles including Talent Acquisition Partner for Commercial EMEA and Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Adele also served as a European Organizational Development Specialist and a PA to various VPs and Directors. Adele began their career as a PA to the Duchess of Rutland at Belvoir Castle/Fruit Farms Ltd., and then as a PA to the Board of Directors at The RH Group.

Adele Holland received a CIPD Diploma in HR Practice from Stephenson's College, Coaville in 2013-2014. Adele also obtained a Private Secretaries Certificate & Private Executive Secretarial Diploma from Rotherham College of Arts and Technology in 1994-1996. Furthermore, they completed their GCSE's at Wickersley Comprehensive School from 1987-1993. In addition, Adele obtained a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in June 2016.
