Ralf de Bruyn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ralf currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at Bionorica SE since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at HABA Group B.V. & Co. KG as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for both operational and strategic personnel management across the company from April 2015 to June 2021.
Before joining HABA Group, Ralf held various roles at Schaeffler, including Head of Human Resources from July 2010 to March 2015, Specialist in Personnel Management from April 2007 to June 2010, Specialist in International Personnel from January 2006 to April 2007, Specialist in Personnel Marketing from September 2004 to December 2005, and Specialist in Personnel Development from April 2001 to August 2004.
Ralf also worked as a freelance Personalentwickler (Personal Developer) from September 2000 to March 2001, and earlier in their career, they held positions at AOK Baden-Württemberg as a Team Leader in Prevention from January 1996 to July 2000 and as a Sports Specialist in 1995.
Ralf de Bruyn has a diverse education history. Ralf obtained a Master of Arts degree in Personalentwicklung im lernenden Unternehmen from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, which they attended from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they studied Betriebswirtschaft at AKAD University from 1997 to 1998, earning a degree as Hochschulfachökonom in Marketing. Ralf began their academic journey at Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln, where they earned a Diplom in Sportwissenschaften after studying from 1989 to 1995.
