Randolph Barr

Randolph Barr has extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity and technical advisory roles. Randolph worked as the Chief Information & Security Officer at InterVenn Biosciences, where they established and managed a multi-level IT, Security, and Engineering group. Randolph also served as the Head of Security Operations and Head of Product Security at Zoom, where they implemented innovative solutions and oversaw the expansion of security divisions. Additionally, Randolph held advisory and technical roles at BioRender, AirWire, IOActive, Inc., Qualys, Sapper, AKITRA, and the California State University, Chico. Currently, they are taking a break to focus on their family while working as a Virtual CISO on a project-by-project basis.

Randolph Barr attended the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2006 and obtained two Bachelor's degrees. The first degree was in Business Administration, and the second degree was in Computer Science. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained two certifications. In November 2008, they received the CISSP certification from ISC2, and in August 2018, they obtained a certification in Mentoring Others from LinkedIn.
