Prior to this, Luke worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at BlueDot, where they led and built upon the recruitment strategy, collaborating with hiring managers to drive the best candidate experience. Luke also worked at Taplytics as a Recruiter, where they partnered with hiring managers on talent strategy and effective recruiting processes. Additionally, Luke has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Linkus Group, where they managed full-cycle recruitment and created efficient recruitment strategies. Before that, they worked at HiredHippo as part of their Growth team, changing the world of work one resume at a time.
