Arthur L. Martin

Mr. Martin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Robotics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters of Education from Boston College. He has an impressive record of accomplishment in executive management with a particular emphasis in companies where the product is equipment and instrumentation used in a regulated industry. He has been a founder of multiple start-up companies and has more than 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur. In 1986, Mr. Martin founded Source for Automation, Inc. (SFA). The company designed and manufactured automated laboratory instruments for use in pharmaceutical quality control. In 2001, Mr. Martin assumed the position of Technical Director of Pharmaceutical Programs at Foster Miller where he managed all aspects of a 3-year, $35 million program leading to a fully automated R&D stability testing laboratory for a major pharmaceutical company.
