Derrick Mo

Derrick Mo is a Deep Learning Engineer at BioTrillion, a healthtech startup focused on AI-based computer vision and digital biomarkers, since 2022. Prior to this role, Derrick served as a Senior Analyst in Investment Consulting at Sun Life Global Investments from 2016 to 2022, where achievements included winning the 1st place and Visualization Award in the Sun Life Global Predictive Analytics competitions in 2018 and 2019. Derrick's career began at Buy Side Asset Management, holding various roles from 2010 to 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer and Information Technology from Penn Engineering, an MBA in Investment Banking and Risk and Financial Engineering from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Business Administration and Management from Harvard University, as well as studies at Tsinghua University.
