Frank Wittenberg

Frank Wittenberg has a comprehensive work experience in risk management, compliance management, and internal controls. Frank has held various leadership roles, including Vice President Corporate Internal Audit at BIOTRONIK and Vice President Risk Management & Compliance, Internal Controls, Internal Audit at Scout24 Group. Frank also worked as a Senior Manager at KPMG AG and has extensive experience in global risk management and ethics & independence policies. Wittenberg has a strong background in financial services and consulting, with expertise in GRC, policy and procedure development, and management reporting.

Frank Wittenberg obtained a Diplom Betriebswirt degree in Accounting, Audit, Controlling, and Information Management from the International School of Management in Germany from 1992 to 1996. Frank also attended San Diego State University in 1995, studying Accounting and Marketing. In 1994, they briefly attended EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, focusing on Accounting, Marketing, and Economics. Prior to their higher education, Frank attended Burggymnasium Essen from 1980 to 1991 and Wyomissing Area Junior/Senior High School from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, Frank obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Certified Supervisory Board Member (SHB), Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Compliance Expert, and Certified Public Accountant.
