Sybille Kleuskens

Sybille Kleuskens has a strong background in total rewards and mobility. Sybille is currently the Global Head of Total Rewards & Mobility at BIOTRONIK, where they partner with business leaders to develop and implement rewards programs and strategies. Previously, they held various roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Global Director of Total Rewards, where they led a team in developing rewards strategies and initiatives to attract and retain talent. Sybille also worked as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant and Head of Total Rewards at Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke Aktiengesellschaft. Prior to their time at Coca-Cola, Sybille gained experience as a Human Resources Manager at Deutsche Eisenbahn Consulting GmbH and a Human Resources Generalist at The Coca-Cola Company. Sybille started their career as a Translator/Interpreter/Tour Guide at Europäisches Reisebüro GmbH.

Sybille Kleuskens completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 1983 to 1987. Sybille then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Economics at Technische Universität Dresden from 1987 to 1988. Additionally, Sybille obtained a Degree in Human Resources from the Berlin Chamber of Industry & Commerce in 1994.
