Melissa B.

Melissa B. has over a decade of work experience in the quality engineering field. Melissa is currently working as the Director of Quality Operations at Bioventus since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Sequoia Consulting Group from 2021-2023, where they held the positions of Staff Quality Specialist and Senior Quality Specialist. At Sequoia, Melissa provided management consulting across various industries and supported post-market surveillance activities for medical devices.

Before Sequoia, Melissa worked at Stryker from 2014-2022, where they held several roles, including Global Quality Operations Senior Project Manager, Global Quality Operations Project Manager, Manager of Design and Manufacturing Quality Engineering, Supervisor of Design Quality Engineering, and Senior Design Quality Engineer. At Stryker, they managed cross-functional engineering teams, supported various departments, and ensured project execution and compliance.

Prior to Stryker, Melissa worked at Zimmer Spine as a Quality Sr. Engineer from 2013-2014, at Tegra Medical as a Quality Engineer from 2010-2013, and at NASA Langley Research Center as a LARSS Summer Intern from 2009-2010.

Melissa B. pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from The University of Memphis, from 2005 to 2010.
